DIY multi touch screen. I have seen lots of other people creating these and thought i would try and create one for myself. I decided to op for the 'Frustrated Total Internal Reflection (FTIR)'. Click on the link to the left to see my progress.

I have seen this done quite alot on the net and as i am a big fan of the Commodore 64 i had to give it a go. I hope to eventually get all components into a small ps2 keyboard.

One of my older projects. I had this installed and working in my old house. The only thing i didnt get it to do was ring an external bell. Not much of an alarm but it was half way there, detecting when doors and windows were open or closed. This works with the Home Zone software.

This project is about converting a Xbox classic console into a media center and then transfering the xbox gubbings into a slimline case.

I know its been done before, but i have connected my exercise bike to
the pc. It allows you to pedal around google maps in street view. All i
used was an old usb controller, magnetic alarm switch, and some software
to convert the controller buttons to the keyboard arrow keys. Which allows
you to manouver around the map.

Every time the pedal passes the magnet a count is increased. When this
count reaches the desired amount the up button is pressed on the
controller which then moves you forward. The Left and right buttons let
you turn and move down a different street.
